Our Return Policy
You may return products purchased from TotalPrint if it meets the guidelines below. If you would like to return a product, please call Customer Service at 800.677.6464 or email us at orders@totalprint.com.
Guidelines
You may return products by mail to our return center. All returns must be made in original condition and include all accessories. You can receive credit or exchange for your purchase if it meets the criteria below.
90-Day Return Period
Ninety days from the date product was received, refunds or exchanges are available for any reason. Restocking fees may apply.
180-Day Return Period
One Hundred Eighty days from the date product was received, refunds or exchanges are available for any defective product. See policy on damaged, defective and incorrect items.
Exceptions
The following items are not refundable:
- Service labor
- Service contracts (unless service level agreements are unmet)
- Products that have been abused
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you return a damaged, defective or incorrect item by mail, you will receive a credit. Alternatively, you may choose to exchange the item.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee may be charged on returned products. A 25% restocking fee may be charged on special order products. These fees may apply unless the item is defective or damaged, you received the wrong item, or the fee is prohibited by law.
